FRACTAL ADDICTION

Fractals were one of my main motives for getting my first computer after much fun and amazement playing with the original Fractint software on a friend's machine.

That was over 20 years ago and the addiction has never left me.

Though fractal creation has moved on considerably I have never felt the need to go much beyond the most basic use of the available software. Though I can appreciate the many mind-blowing multi-layered creations that those far more capable than I are producing simplicity has always been sufficient for my own satisfaction.

UltraFractal has given me many hours of pleasure but I'm now enjoying producing some basic flame fractals with the fun-to-use Chaotica software.

So yet another image blog to give me an excuse to keep playing.
